Live@DCC Free Noon Concert, Friday November 14: Brassy!
Live@DCC free second Friday noon concert series presents Brassy!, a brass quintet on Friday, November 14, noon - 1pm, at the Davis Community Church, 4th and "C" Streets. The program will feature favorite pieces by Handel, Bach, Fennell, Calvert, Duke Ellington, and Gershwin. Brassy performers include local acclaimed musician Fred Lange, former Director of Bands at Davis Senior High School, and premier conductor of the former Davis Comic Opera Company. Also featured are: Bob Runnels, Trumpet; Susan Hamre, Horn; Don Willems, Trombone, Euphonium; and Dan Boykin, Tuba.
