When 14-year-old street urchin Wiggins accepts a reckless dare, she never expects to cross paths with the legendary Sherlock Holmes—or lose her treasured gold ring to him. Following his cryptic clue to 221B Baker Street, Wiggins discovers just how astonishing Holmes’s powers of observation truly are. After witnessing him crack a case, she boldly asks to become his assistant—and sparks a partnership neither of them saw coming.
As Wiggins learns the art of deduction (and helps Mrs. Hudson along the way), she and her fellow street urchins join Holmes to unravel two thrilling mysteries: The Red-Headed League and The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle.
