Bath Homeowners' Association's Annual Meeting at Old Trail School
The BHA serves a vital role informing residents on matters important to Bath, encouraging communication with township leaders, and coordinating with other civic organizations. This year's program includes:
• Vito Sinopoli, who will be updating us on township parks news, outlining the township’s position on short term rentals, and addressing important information about the new and proposed tax legislation’s impact on your property tax bill. For those who are anxious about the long-term viability of all Ohio townships, not just Bath, this is a don’t-miss presentation.
• Sarah Johnston, Head of Old Trail School (OTS), one of Bath Township’s important and unique assets, will describe how OTS is helping “Keep Bath Beautiful,” through its mission, curriculum, and facilities’ management.
• Get the latest information about Bath’s implementation of the new Comprehensive Plan.
• Renew your membership or join our organization, vote for the board of trustees and budget, and volunteer your time and expertise.
