Get ready for Northeast Ohio's most exciting family aviation celebration! The Kent State Aeronautics & Engineering Expo returns for its 21st year of inspiring families through hands-on aviation adventures.
SPECIAL 2025 HIGHLIGHT: The iconic Goodyear Blimp will be moored on-site featuring the original 1925 paint design! Extra special because Kent State Airport was where the first Goodyear Blimp was christened 100 years ago. Join our 10am centennial celebration, then watch the blimp take off and circle the airport.
AMAZING EXPERIENCES AWAIT:
Take real airplane rides over Northeast Ohio, drive competition robots, explore historic WWII aircraft including the B-25 Mitchell Bomber "Champaign Gal," discover hands-on STEM activities with 3D printing and industrial robots, and support community partners like Props-4-Paws animal rescue.
FOOD & FUN:
Scout Troop 177 pancake breakfast, diverse food trucks, and activities for every age from toddlers to grandparents.
