The NLA is designed to assist nonprofits in building their legal and operational capacity in New York, Washington, D.C., and Virginia by educating tax-exempt entities on the legal requirements of state nonprofit law and the Internal Revenue Service code. The NLA consists of six online seminars and written articles, tools and resources nonprofits can use to expand their legal and operational knowledge to ensure good governance.
