Sinister Spring
Spend an afternoon with people who kill for fun! Almost a dozen local mystery writers will join Murder She Wrote co-author Terrie Farley Moran on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 12:00 - 4:00 PM, for an afternoon of talking about what makes a good mystery, what the challenges are writing a mystery series, and where the ideas come from. Guest of Honor Terrie Farley Moran will join us for an in-person interview to talk about her role “co-authoring” the Murder She Wrote books with Jessica Fletcher and answer questions from the audience. Each local author will have five minutes to read from their books or tell you about their novels. There will also be a character costume contest just for kids, a detective costume contest for everyone, and all of the authors—including Terrie—will sign and sell their books.
Sinister Spring is co-hosted by the Clifton Park Halfmoon Public Library and the Upper Hudson Chapter of Sisters in Crime.
