Youth Fishing Derby
2026 Derby Rules & Guidelines:
Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 9:00am-12:00pm at Covered Bridge Park (Pavilion #2)
Rain Date TBD (used only for heavy rain and fast water conditions)
Food trucks vary each year.
SWT will stock this particular section of the creek with trout in addition to any stocking done by the state.
We have purchased beautiful Trout from Green-Walk Hatchery for the last two years.
Participation is FREE but you must Register.

Pre-Register and avoid the Line! (available online closer to the event).
Drop-In the morning of the event between 8am- 9am and register in-person.
Participants must bring their own fishing gear and bait.
Prizes & Trophies will be awarded for the largest catch (weight) in each age group!
