Designed for culinary enthusiasts, this chef-driven boot camp goes beyond the basics, teaching foundational skills and advanced techniques from professional culinary programs—all in just two and a half hours. This immersive, hands-on class combines the best of a culinary degree in a focused workshop, ending with a delicious meal you’ve prepared yourself, plus optional wine pairings.
In this session, you’ll master the art of sushi making. Learn how to select and break down ingredients, create Japanese-inspired rolls, and refine your knife work under the guidance of expert Chef Thomas Numprasong. You'll explore slicing techniques for different textures and build your skills across a variety of preparations.
Each class focuses on core culinary techniques, including knife skills, equipment selection, sauce and stock making, poaching, sautéing, braising, frying, baking, roasting, boiling, searing, emulsifying, and reducing—all at your own workstation. You’ll gain confidence to cook creatively at home.
After class, enjoy your sushi creations with optional wine pairings selected by your personal wine specialist.

About the Chef:
Chef Thomas Numprasong, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and trained in Southeast Asia, has worked at top restaurants including Canoe and the Four Seasons. He now runs Temo Foods, offering private dining, classes, and confections.
