Tai Chi/Qigong Class


This is a hybrid class: participants may attend in person or virtually via Zoom. The class will incorporate breathwork with fun and easy-to-learn movements. Benefits include stress reduction, improved balance and flexibility, enhanced sleep quality and more. Adults at all fitness levels are welcome.
