Health Portal Education for Seniors – Class 1

Learn how to access and manage your health information online with confidence. In this hands-on session, Registered Nurse and Patient Advocate Ashley DiMaggio will walk participants through the basics of using a patient portal—like MyChart, Athena, and others—so you can take charge of your care.
Topics include:
What a health portal is and why it's useful
How to log in and reset passwords
Sending secure messages to your doctor
Viewing upcoming appointments
Navigating the portal with confidence
💡 This is Class 1 of a 2-part series.
Class 2 will be held Wednesday, May 14 from 1–2 PM and will focus on more advanced features like:
Reviewing clinic notes and lab orders
Tracking outstanding tests
Adding collaborators (such as family members or caregivers)
