Registration Fee: THE WORKSHOP IS AT NO COST TO PARTICIPANTS. HOWEVER, A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION SUBMISSION. Date and Time: Monday, June 8, 2026 - Friday, June 12, 2026; 9:00am - 4:00pm * The Dance Workshop will culminate in two Studio Showings* Friday, June 12, 2026 Location: Alabama School of Fine Arts Time: Showings at 3:00 PM and 5:15 PM Classes Offered: *Dance: Ballet, Horton, Jazz, West African, & more! Instructors Kat Files, Rivkins Christopher, Eryn Cade, De'Anthony Vaughan, Alisa Gregory ​*Business of Being an Artist Seminar: Christian Files *Healthy Artist Seminar: Dr. Faith Caldwell *Music for Dancers: Dr. Royce Files ​ Participants: DANCE - Level I (Ages 6-9) - Level II (Ages 10-13) - Level III (Ages 14 & up) Lunch: ASFA has generously included TFAP participants in their Free Lunch Program. ​If you would like to participate, please sign up during registration. If not, please bring a Brown-Bag Lunch. Dance Workshop Location: Alabama School of Fine Arts (ASFA) 1800 Reverend Abraham Woods Jr Boulevard Birmingham, AL 35203 Attire: *Dance/Exercise appropriate clothing- All Black: leotards, tank tops, fitted t-shirts, dance tights, biker shorts, leggings, soffe shorts, etc. Footwear: Ballet shoes (if you have them), black socks, jazz shoes, sneakers, & foot thongs. **NOTE** - TFAP t-shirts are available for order during registration. - If you have attended TFAP Workshops in the past, please wear your tank/t-shirts!!
