Discussion and Book Signing with Anthony Amore
Anthony M. Amore will appear at The Next Chapter Books and More on Wednesday, May 27 at 6:30 PM for an evening discussing his latest book, The Rembrandt Heist.
Amore is the Director of Security and Chief Investigator at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, where he oversees the ongoing investigation into the infamous March 18, 1990 theft of 13 priceless works of art from the museum — one of the most notorious unsolved art heists in history.
In The Rembrandt Heist, Amore tells a gripping true-crime story of friendship, loyalty, criminal ingenuity, and an audacious plot to steal — and return — one of the world’s most valuable paintings. Drawing on his extensive expertise in art theft and recovery, Amore offers readers a fascinating look into the world of stolen art and the enduring mystery surrounding masterpieces that vanished decades ago.
This free event will include a discussion, audience Q&A, and book signing. Registration is required, and copies of The Rembrandt Heist will be available for purchase at the event.
