The Northern Italian-inspired steakhouse at InterContinental Boston, Matria Boston is offering a two-course lunch menu ($27) and a three-course dinner menu ($46) available Sunday, August 3 through Sunday, August 10and then again Thursday, August 14 through Saturday, August 16. For the primi lunch course, choose from the Farro Salad with grilled summer squash, roasted fennel, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and an orange pomegranate vinaigrette. Other options include a Caesar Salad, or Grilled Octopus featuring roasted heirloom carrots, polenta, pancetta, served in a white wine lemon sauce. For the secondi lunch course, selections include Oven-Roasted Branzino, served with grapes, golden raisins, basil, marble potatoes, lemon, green chickpeas, cauliflower and pine nuts. Another option, is the signature Piedmont Ribeye Sandwich, made on fresh focaccia, roasted tomatoes, arugula, red onions, shaved parmesan, and salsa verde, served with polenta and zucchini fries. Guests can also opt for San Marzano Campanelle, tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs. For the dolci-course, choose from Tiramisu, Panna Cotta or Stone Fruit Sorbet. For dinner, guests can choose one primi option, such as the Matria Salad, featuring Romano beans, tomatoes, olives, charred cabbage, basil, pickled red onion, salami, and green goddess dressing. Other options include Burrata or Grilled Octopus featuring roasted heirloom carrots, polenta, pancetta, served in a white wine lemon sauce. For the secondi course, selections include Oven-Roasted Branzino, served with grapes, golden raisins, basil, marble potatoes, lemon, green chickpeas, cauliflower, and pine nuts. Another option is the Piedmont Ribeye (12 oz.), accompanied by truffle polenta and roasted mushrooms in a Gorgonzola sauce. Guests can also try the Seafood Tagliatelle, featuring clams, mussels, parsley, bottarga breadcrumbs, and caramelized fennel. To end the night, guests can choose from three dolci options: Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, or Stone Fruit Sorbet. Reservations are available for lunch and dinner.
