New England Music Hall of Fame 2026 Induction and Benefit Concert
The New England Music Hall of Fame 2026 Induction and Benefit Concert is a one night only celebration honoring legendary artists who helped shape blues, rock, and popular music—while raising funds for an essential local cause.
Presented in partnership with Rockin’ 4 Vets, the Milford Arts Council, and the New England Music Hall of Fame (NEMHOF), this special event benefits The Purple Pantry Box, a Milford based food pantry serving families throughout the greater community. Guests can expect not only an extraordinary musical experience, but the chance to support neighbors in need.
The evening begins with the NEMHOF 2026 Induction Ceremony, spotlighting a legendary trio whose collective influence spans decades and genres. Honored posthumously is Johnny Winter (1944–2014), the iconic blues-rock guitarist known for his lightning-fast slide guitar, unmistakable look, and electrifying performances. Joining him is Rick Derringer (1947–2025), a guitar hero and rock ’n’ roll mainstay whose career includes classics like “Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo” and “Hang On, Sloopy.” Completing the trio is Edgar Winter, a remarkably versatile musician celebrated for his mastery of keyboards, saxophone, and vocals, and for pushing creative boundaries across rock, jazz, and blues.
Additional 2026 honorees include Michael Bolton, the Grammy Award–winning singer and songwriter whose powerful voice and timeless pop rock ballads have earned worldwide acclaim; Jackie DeShannon, a Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee whose career includes hits like “Needles and Pins” and “Bette Davis Eyes,” and performances alongside The Beatles on their first U.S. tour; and Barbara Fowler, the dynamic vocalist best known for her work with Sinnamon, whose hit “Thanks to You” reached #1.
Also receiving special recognition are Greg Sherrod (Artist of the Year), Arti Dixson (Album of the Year), and The Bella’s (New Artist of the Year), highlighting the ongoing vitality of New England’s music scene.
Following the induction ceremony, the stage transforms as the Rock n’ Roll Circus takes over—an all star ensemble featuring musicians closely connected to the inductees and the bands they toured and recorded with. Performers include James Montgomery, Jon Butcher, Steve Gaspar, Greg Sherrod, Baron Raymonde, Dan Cipriano, and more, delivering powerful live renditions of classic songs as well as those these artists have performed on tours around the world
Doors open at 7:30 PM (VIP doors at 7:00 PM), with the show running from 8:00 to 10:30 PM. This is more than a concert—it’s a celebration of legacy, talent, and community impact, all under one roof for one remarkable night.
