Village Center for the Arts (VCA), located at 12 Main Street in New Milford, CT is proud to present "Don’t Forget 2 Live", a gallery exhibition featuring artist Richie Nigro (also known as RFX Art). The opening reception will take place on Saturday, March 7th from 6:30–8:00 PM. This event is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
Richie Nigro is an award-winning tattoo artist whose creative work extends beyond skin to canvas. Originally from Long Island, NY, and raised in Danbury, CT, Richie brings a bold, high-energy style to his paintings, creating a vibrant world that moves between portraiture and abstract expression.
His work is driven by a lifelong passion for creativity and self-expression, drawing inspiration from music, fashion, and culture. Color, design, and emotion are central to his pieces, which reflect both personal storytelling and a universal connection to living fully in the moment.
"Don’t Forget 2 Live" invites viewers to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the joy and presence of creating. Through dynamic compositions and vibrant color, Richie’s work encourages us to celebrate life and the beauty of creative freedom.
