RXR, Casaroma Cafe and New Rochelle Downtown BID to Host Fitness & Wellness Festival
RXR, Casaroma Cafe and the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District will host a free Fitness & Wellness Festival at The Plaza at Clinton Park, bringing together local residents, businesses and health organizations for an afternoon dedicated to movement, healthy living and community connection.
The festival will feature adult yoga sessions led by The Self Studio, children’s yoga and movement programming from Joy-Joy’s Musical Moves, a flower-arranging workshop with Rae of Florals, music by DJ Vibez and refreshments from Casaroma Cafe.
Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital will participate as the event’s featured medical partner, offering health screenings, wellness resources and giveaways, subject to final staff availability. Attendees will also have opportunities to meet local wellness organizations, learn about community health resources and discover businesses serving Downtown New Rochelle. The event is free and open to the public, and no ticket is required to attend.
