About Clint Holmes
As the strains of “My name is Michael, I’ve got a nickel...” poured out of radios across America, Clint Holmes launched a career that would establish him as one of the most dynamic interpreters of song ever to grace the stage. Following the staggering success of his chart-topping hit “Playground in My Mind,” Clint chose not to rest on gold-record stardom, but instead forged a lifelong path of artistic excellence.
For more than 25 years, Clint was a headliner on the Las Vegas Strip, earning numerous “Best of” awards — including Best Male Vocalist five years in a row in one of the most competitive entertainment cities in the world. His career has taken him from the grand stages of Carnegie Hall and the Hollywood Bowl to intimate venues like Café Carlyle and Birdland.
Over his storied career, Clint Holmes has performed for six U.S. Presidents, starred alongside Joan Rivers as her late-night sidekick, hosted his own Emmy Award-winning television show (New York at Night), and served as a music correspondent for Entertainment Tonight. More recently, his album Rendezvous earned two Grammy Award nominations.
