Free Tai Chi for Health classes
The Florida Department of Health in Charlotte County (DOH-Charlotte), in partnership with Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, invites you to attend free Tai Chi for Health classes from Tuesday, April 14, to Thursday, June 4, 2026.
The series of 16 classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at Family Services Center, 21500 Gibralter Drive, Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
Health benefits may include arthritis relief, fall prevention, improved balance, and enhance brain health.
