Designed with beginners in mind, this session makes yoga accessible, comfortable, and enjoyable—so you can feel at ease from the very beginning. This workshop is a great fit if you: • Are curious about yoga but haven’t attended your first class yet • Have recently started and would like a stronger foundation • Know some basics but feel hesitant stepping into a class setting Join us for a welcoming and empowering 3-hour session focused on foundational standing postures. Together, we’ll explore movements that support strength, mobility, and balance—at a pace that feels steady, comfortable, and even a little playful. You’ll learn the essentials to begin (or continue) your yoga journey with confidence. By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel more at home in your body and more prepared to step into a Level 1 class at The Yoga Sanctuary—or anywhere your practice takes you. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what to expect in a yoga class and practical tools you can return to again and again. Open to all—no experience or flexibility required.
