Join us as we celebrate unity, inclusion, and the extraordinary spirit of Special Olympics athletes. The LETR Final Leg is a powerful tradition that brings together law enforcement officers and Special Olympics athletes from across the globe. As Guardians of the Flame, the team carries the Flame of Hope through cities and communities nationwide, raising awareness and building excitement for the upcoming USA Games. Every stop on the Final Leg builds momentum for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games. Cleveland’s energy, passion, and commitment will help carry the Final Leg forward—lighting the way to an unforgettable USA Games experience in Minneapolis, as Cleveland prepares to host the games in 2030 Special Olymics USA Games. Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026 Kickoff: 10:00 AM Start: Voinovich Park, Downtown Cleveland Finish: Public Square Distance: Approximately 3 miles The team will run through key downtown landmarks before arriving in Public Square for a short ceremony celebrating our athletes, our law enforcement partners, and the road ahead to Minneapolis.
