May on Millwood
Celebrating 130 years serving South Carolina children, Epworth invites the public to attend and enjoy a truly special family-friendly anniversary barbecue. The event – May on Millwood – is scheduled for 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Saturday, May 30th, on Epworth’s beautiful and historic 32-acre Shandon campus at 2900 Millwood Avenue, Columbia, 20205. Guests will enjoy a delicious pork barbeque or fried chicken plate from Shealy’s BBQ, peanut butter ice cream, live music from The Blue Iguanas, a Columbia Classic Chevy Car Club display, children’s activities, tours of the campus, and more. The Friends of Epworth charitable organization is hosting the celebration. Pork BBQ and fried chicken plates are $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 10 and under. Pre-orders are preferred, but walkup orders on day of event are welcome while supplies last.
