My Sisters’ Closet & Co. Foundation invites the community to come together for a powerful day of fitness, awareness, and hope at the Sweating for a Cure: Breast Cancer Awareness Workout Event.
This four-hour event will feature three dynamic fitness sessions designed to engage all activity levels: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Zumba, and Yoga. Led by vibrant local instructors, these workouts are meant to uplift, energize, and inspire participants while promoting healthy living.
Beyond fitness, the event will include health and wellness education provided by nurses and breast health professionals, survivor testimonies, a live DJ, nutrition tips, raffles, and exciting prize giveaways. The highlight of the day is our special community donation — proceeds from the event will go directly to support a local breast cancer warrior, ensuring that the impact is both personal and meaningful.
Participants are encouraged to wear pink workout gear to show solidarity in the fight against breast cancer. Families, friends, and community members of all ages are welcome to join.
