The VA Palo Alto Mobile Medical Team and Alameda County Veteran Service Officer will be on-site at Pleasanton Library to meet with veterans, dependents, and survivors on Monday, March 30, 2026.

Veterans will need Form DD-214 for new enrollments to VA Palo Alto Health System and a list of current medications.
Review earned VA mental and physical health benefits.
Veterans may enroll with the VA Palo Alto.
Newly enrolled or previously enrolled veterans may receive care or referrals.
Get information and ask questions about VA health services.
