Nuclear Care Partners 15th Anniversary Celebration
Nuclear Care Partners is marking its 15th Anniversary with a community celebration honoring the men and women who designed, built, and tested our nation’s nuclear weapons. The event recognizes former Department of Energy workers from sites such as Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and Sandia National Laboratories, as well as the families and community partners who support them.
Founded by two nurses who saw the need for specialized care, NCP has grown into a national home healthcare organization exclusively serving former atomic workers through the federal EEOICPA benefit. This benefit provides no‐cost medical care and compensation to eligible workers who became ill due to exposure to radiation or toxic substances.
The anniversary celebration highlights NCP’s mission, its commitment to clinical excellence, and its ongoing work to ensure every former atomic worker receives the care, advocacy, and recognition they deserve. Community partners, families, and local leaders are invited to join in honoring these Heroes and the legacy they helped build. Light refreshments will be provided.
