They’ll choose a classic pork or flavorful vegetarian filling and practice proper folding and cooking techniques for that signature crispy-bottom finish. Along the way, students build confidence with essential kitchen skills and leave with a deeper appreciation for global food traditions—and a delicious batch of handmade dumplings.
