Scarborough Renaissance Festival Celebrates 45th Season

Scarborough Renaissance Festival celebrates its 45th season April 4–May 25, 2026, in Waxahachie, Texas (2511 FM 66, approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Dallas). The popular outdoor festival is open Saturdays, Sundays and Memorial Day Monday from 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Visitors step into a re-created 16th-century English village filled with immersive entertainment for all ages, including full-combat jousting, birds of prey exhibitions, live music and comedy, interactive performances, games of skill and human-powered rides. The event also features one of the nation’s largest outdoor juried artisan marketplaces with more than 200 handcrafted shops. Each weekend offers a unique theme—from Opening Weekend and Celtic Weekend to Flights of Fantasy and the Memorial Day “Last Huzzah” finale—along with special family-friendly activities throughout the season. General admission is $34 for adults (13+) and $14 for children (5–12); children 4 and under are free. Discount tickets are available at select Tom Thumb and Albertsons locations.
