Sammy recently made his debut at The Apollo, has written for Kevin Hart's LOL Network, and was named a Breakout Comedian of the Year in a competition hosted by Deon Cole. His album hit #1 on the iTunes charts, he was interviewed by ZIWE on her tour, and he's appeared on PBS's Roots of Comedy, Funny or Die, and SiriusXM. Sammy was named 'Best of Fest' at Big Pine, Big Sky, and 10K Laughs, and for a weekend in Las Vegas named himself "the cleanest comedian at Skankfest." He's been profiled in the Denver Post and is the only comedian ever awarded the RiNo Arts Grant.
