Westminster Noon Years Eve Party
The Westmisnter Public Library will be closed on New Year's Eve, so they've scheduled their for pint-sized partiers and their grown-ups a day early. Enjoy music, crafts, and sparkling refreshments as we count down the seconds to noon! Registration required. The celebration is designed for those 3-8 years old and their families.
