One by one, ten dragons grab the first fruit they see in order to fill their bellies. But when all the food has been snatched up, there is still one hungry dragon who has nothing to eat. Will this poor dragon go away hungry, or will he find food in an unexpected way? A social-emotional story that teaches children how to count backward from ten to one and introduces them to the concept of subtraction. Klink: Klink is a jittery young owlet who is afraid of just about everything—his wrinkly feet, what to eat, but most of all, cats. His brave brother Dash and sassy sister Tink love to tease him, but when a game of pirates leaves the three in danger and a sly predator creeps closer, it's down to Klink to muster his courage and prove that he is not a worrywart! An exciting adventure of bravery, self—discovery, and sibling bonds that features vivid illustrations, Klink will prove that even the smallest of us can be mighty heroes! Shear Magic: A surprise spring snowstorm leaves all the newly shorn lambs out in the cold, but Piper has a bigger problem. Peet, her favourite ewe, won't stop growing wool after she's sheared! And to top it off, it grows back purple! How does Piper stop the out—of—control wool from taking over the barn? And what is she going to do with all that fleece? Shear Magic is a delightful rhyming story—with hilarious illustrations—about friendships, problem—solving, and a little creativity! About the Author Lorna Lovell Stallman lives in Des Moines, Iowa, USA, but grew up on a farm, which was a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun. She enjoyed helping with chores, even when it meant being chased by two incredibly rude sheep. Lorna tried to instill a love of country life in her two children and is still a farm girl at heart. She likes to include animals in her stories and lives with two of her favorite animals, English setter Phoebe and ragdoll cat Indigo.
