Join food scientist and chef Mary Jane Miller in the Middlebrook Farmhouse for an afternoon of cooking, tasting, and sipping. Mary Jane will demonstrate cozy fall farm to table recipes with wine pairings, featuring what is in season at the farm.
Mary Jane has cooked for three Minnesota governors and developed recipes for Betty Crocker Test Kitchens, Pillsbury, Food Network, and Target Corporation. Today, she lives on her Iowa farm surrounded by chickens, gardens, and honeybees, drawing inspiration from the ingredients growing just outside her door.
