Lecture: Corrado Parducci: Grosse Pointe's Own Architectural Sculptor
Join author and architectural historian Dale A. Carlson for an illustrated lecture on Corrado Parducci, the Italian-born sculptor whose work helped shape Detroit's architectural identity. Parducci pioneered the Greco Deco style and created a scale model of Albert Kahn's design for Ford House in 1926. Presented in partnership with the Grosse Pointe Historical Society as part of National Preservation Month. Complimentary admission. Held in the Lake Shore Room overlooking Ford Cove.
