Join us for open-air Yoga by Dagmar, followed by a Sauna and Cold Plunge session with Stan.
There are two sessions available, each start with half an hour of yoga:
8:30 - 10:00 am
9:30 - 11: 00 am
What to Expect:
The yoga session will be a restorative practice, followed by an alternating sauna and cold plunge session, guided by a professional.
