The 8th Annual Hope & Home Celebration, to be held on Friday, October 16, is more than the largest fundraiser of the year for Mercy Housing and My Sisters' Place, it is an opportunity to change lives.
Whether you attend the event at the Bristol Event Center, become a sponsor, bid in the auction, or make a donation, your support helps provide critical services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout Greater Hartford and Middlesex Counties.
Every ticket purchased, auction bid placed, and paddle raised helps our organizations feed those who are hungry, provide housing for those without a place to call home, support people in crisis, and prevent vulnerable individuals and families from falling into homelessness.
Each year, nearly 300 business leaders, community members, advocates, and supporters gather for an inspiring evening that celebrates the life-changing impact made possible through their generosity. Together, we reflect on the successes of the past year and raise the resources needed to create even more stories of hope, stability, and independence in the year ahead.
The evening features a cocktail reception with live music, hors d'oeuvres, and a silent auction, followed by dinner, a live auction, our Help for Housing paddle raise, and a powerful mission moment highlighting the lives transformed through Mercy Housing and My Sisters' Place programs.
