PLAY LIKE A GIRL; A Concert of Music by Women to Help Women
Join us for a free concert of music composed by women to help women. The concert is free to attend, and a reception will follow. We will offer music through history, including contemporary composers and works from times when women were not allowed to publish under their own names. A free will offering will be taken to benefit the Prudence Crandall Center, “helping individuals achieve lives free of domestic violence by providing care, advocacy, support, and education” in CT for 50 years.
