Out of the Darkness Community Walk to Prevent Suicide
The Hawaiʻi Chapter of the American Foundation for
Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is excited to announce the upcoming Out of the Darkness Oʻahu Walk, a
community-driven event that aims to raise awareness about suicide prevention, honor loved ones
lost to suicide, and support survivors of suicide loss. This annual event will take place at 9 AM on
Saturday, September 14, 2024 at the Skygate Park, Frank F. Fasi Civic Grounds, welcoming
participants from all walks of life to join together and draw attention to the importance of mental
health.
