Get your costumes ready for Town Center of Mililani’s Halloween Costume Contest! Join us on Sunday, October 25, 2026, for a spooktacular day of costumes, prizes, trick-or-treating and Halloween fun for the whole ʻohana.
🎃 COSTUME CONTEST CATEGORIES
🎃 Ages 0–3
🎃 Ages 4–8
🎃 Ages 9–12
🎃 ʻOhana – Select this category if you are entering as a group, regardless of ages. Please register your entire group as one entry and do not register each group member separately. You will be asked to indicate the number of participants in your group during registration. A maximum of six (6) total participants, including pets, is allowed per ʻOhana entry.
🐾 NEW! Pet Category – Dress up your pet and join the fun! Pets must be leashed or properly secured and under the control of an adult owner or handler at all times. Owners and handlers are responsible for their pets and their pets’ behavior throughout the event. For the safety of all guests and participants, pets displaying aggressive or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the contest area.
Each category is limited to 50 entries. Registration is first come, first served.
Please ensure all costumes are family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
🏆 PRIZES FOR EACH CATEGORY
🥇 1st Place: $100 Visa Gift Card + other fun treats
🥈 2nd Place: $50 Visa Gift Card + other fun treats
🥉 3rd Place: $25 Visa Gift Card + other fun treats
All winners will be announced and awarded after all costume contest categories have concluded. Contestants must be present to win.
⏰ EVENT SCHEDULE
Contest Check-In: 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.Head to the Costume Contest Check-In tables at Center Court and follow the check-in signs. Pre-registered entries must check in and pick up their contest number.
Parents and guardians: Please hold on to your contestant’s number until the contest begins, as we may not be able to provide a replacement on the day of the event.
Costume Contest Begins: 12:30 p.m.Get ready to show off your spooktacular costumes! All contestants should be near the Center Court stage at this time to hear announcements for their category.
Winners & Prizes: Approximately 1:45 p.m.After all five costume contest categories have concluded, we’ll announce the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for each category and award prizes. Contestants must be present to win, so be sure to stick around for the big reveal, prize presentations and group photos!
Our emcee will provide announcements and updates throughout the contest.
🎟️ REGISTRATION INFORMATION
• One ticket is required for each contest entry. An individual keiki, pet, or entire ʻOhana group counts as one entry.
• For the Ages 0–3, Ages 4–8 and Ages 9–12 categories, register your keiki for the age group that matches their age on the day of the contest, October 25, 2026.
• For the ʻOhana category, register your entire group under one ticket only. Do not reserve separate tickets for individual group members. A maximum of six (6) participants is allowed per ʻOhana entry.
• Tickets are free, have no monetary value and are non-transferable. No refunds apply.
• Please only reserve tickets for entries you plan to bring so we can accommodate as many participants as possible. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration or contact us at [email protected] so your spot may be made available to another contestant.
💻 ONLINE & ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Online registration closes Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. HST.
Missed online registration? Come join us on event day! On-site registration will be available at the Costume Contest Check-In tables at Center Court beginning at 11:00 a.m., subject to availability within each category.
On-site registration is first come, first served, so we encourage you to arrive early!

✍️ WAIVER REQUIREMENT
All participants must complete any required participant waiver and release of liability before participating in the costume contest. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required waiver on behalf of participants under age 18. Failure to complete the required waiver may result in disqualification.
🏆 JUDGING
Winners will be selected by the contest judges. All judging decisions are final.
