Waipahu Public Library's 30th Anniversary Event with the Tobosa School of Kali Escrima
Founded in 1973 by BATIKAN Raymond Tobosa and SEGUNDO BATIKAN Teofisto "Toby" Tobosa (Manoy Toby), the Tobosa School of Kali Escrima (TKE) is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Filipino martial arts. It continues to uphold the legacy of the unique Tobosa Casag style, which blends traditional Filipino martial arts with modern self-defense principles and techniques.
