Avenue HomeFest presented by Frost Bank
Avenue HomeFest will take place at Avenue Center on Saturday, April 11 from 10am-1pm. It is a free family-friendly resource fair with food, activities, and opportunities to connect with experts on the path to homeownership. This event provides free homeownership resources, financial education, down payment assistance information, and community resources for homebuyers and homeowners, featuring partners like lenders, title companies, insurance agents and more. Guests who visit our vendor stations and attend the expert-panel sessions are entered into a drawing to win exciting prizes.
