Celebrate Rodeo season with limited-time bourbon cocktail specials at The Naturalist Bar & Lounge at InterContinental Houston. Available throughout March, these signature drinks highlight the bold character of Garrison Brothers Distillery, one of Texas’ most celebrated craft distilleries.
Each cocktail ($18) blends classic Western flavor with modern mixology:
Garrison Brothers Signature Old Fashioned
Garrison Brothers Small Batch or HoneyDew Bourbon, orange bitters, Angostura bitters, Liber & Co. demerara syrup
Southern Socialite
Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon, Aperol, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, burlesque bitters, prosecco
Hickory Heat
Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon, hickory smoked maple syrup, Scrapp’s Fire Tincture bitters
Guests can also join a complimentary Garrison Brothers bourbon tasting at The Naturalist, where visitors can sample the distillery’s award-winning bourbons and learn more about their craftsmanship. The final tasting takes place March 20 from 4 PM to 6 PM.
