Plat 99 Relaunch Celebration
Plat 99 reopens with a new rhythm—step into a curated evening as Chef Eli Laidlaw unveils a reimagined experience in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Sip bespoke cocktails (or thoughtfully crafted mocktails), experience live art in motion, take home a custom portrait, enjoy curated tasting stations, live DJ, and more.
• Interactive cocktail wall: Build your own cocktail or mocktail from an interactive welcome wall. Start the night with a drink you customized, unlike anything you've tried before.
• Live Kicasso shoe painting: Watch Kicasso turn a blank pair of sneakers into an Indy-themed one-off in real time, then see them raffled off to benefit The Art Council.
• Chef Eli’s tasting stations: Move between tasting stations featuring new dishes and drinks from Chef Eli Laidlaw’s refreshed menus. Small bites, big ideas, all tied back to the art on the walls.
• DJ set in the middle of it all: A DJ keeps the room moving while the grid outside keeps doing what it’s done since 1821. Inside, the soundtrack for The Alexander’s new era gets its first play.
