Guided breathing and emotional regulation practices Reflection on stress, anger, and personal responses to conflict Practical tools for calming the body and mind A nature walk through the Peace Learning Center grounds Quiet time in PLC’s labyrinth Personal peace practices to use in everyday life Who Should Attend? This workshop is open to anyone who wants to build a calmer, more intentional approach to daily life. It may be especially helpful for people navigating stress, caregiving, workplace pressure, family conflict, community work, or emotionally-demanding roles.
