Hit Broadway musical celebrating Neil Diamond, now makes its way to Jacksonville for several premiers at the legendary Moran Theater At Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts in Jacksonville, Florida this spring.
The jukebox musical entranced audiences from the very beginning with a engaging story and catchy songs. The production follows the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, starting in the present day with Westenberg inside in a therapist’s office. As Diamond, he talks about how he can no longer make music like he used to while the doctor helps him cope with that realization throughout A Beautiful Noise. The play goes back to Diamond's childhood days, discussing his introduction to music and all the good and bad times since then, including his rise to stardom and fight with depression.
