Tiny Chef: Dinosaur Dirt Cups (Registration Required)

Kids learn the basics of cooking and food prep in this FREE weekly class at Argenta Library! This program is best suited for pre-school, elementary school, and middle school aged children, and may require guardian assistance for younger audiences. The benefits of cooking for children: Nutritional Awareness: Cooking helps children understand the importance of a balanced diet and makes them more likely to try new foods, including fruits and vegetables. Life Skills: Learning to cook is a valuable life skill that promotes independence and self-sufficiency. Children gain confidence in their ability to prepare meals and handle kitchen tasks. Patience: Cooking can help children develop patience as they wait for food to cook or dough to rise. Registration Required. If you have any questions, please email [email protected] or call Youth Services at 501-687-1061.
