ONE COLORADO INVITES GUESTS TO WELLNESS ACTIVITIES
One Colorado, an unforgettable shopping and dining destination in the heart of Old Pasadena, just a few miles from downtown Los Angeles (https://www.onecolorado.com), invites the community to take part in “The Courtyard Series,” a curated collection of community events featuring invigorating wellness activities from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the third Sunday of every month now through November. Held in the second-level office space at 35 Hugus Alley, suite 200, these events will help guests discover the perfect balance of energy, wellness and togetherness through restorative activities such as Pilates and yoga led by Equinox instructors or sound bath and breathwork sessions guided by Somer Skye Energy Works. Equinox classes will also feature complimentary five-minute chair massages, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are asked to bring a yoga mat, towel and water for Pilates and yoga classes or blankets and pillows for sound baths. As a special treat, for the month of April, the center will welcome Lean Lab as an additional event partner. Lean Lab is a regenerative health clinic specializing in vitamin therapy, IV drips, and recovery focused wellness services. During the April Wellness event on April 19th, Lean Lab will offer on-site B12 injections administered by its licensed clinical team as well as gift bags with exclusive discounts on Lean Lab services. Lean Lab experts will also be on hand to answer questions about vitamin therapy, recovery and overall wellness.
