Historic Madison, Inc’s 2026 Forest Hill Cemetery Tour
Step into Madison’s past at Historic Madison’s 2026 Forest Hill Cemetery Tour on Sunday, May 17, beginning at 1 p.m.
As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary and Madison nears 190 years, this year’s tour will highlight the lives of men and women who defended the nation during the War of 1812 and the Civil War—as well as those who challenged its unity—alongside visits to the graves of some of Madison’s earliest pioneers.
This guided, approximately two-hour walking tour will gather at Catlin Chapel inside the cemetery entrance on Speedway Road near Regent Street in Madison.
The event is free and open to both Historic Madison members and the public, with no reservations required.
