To celebrate what would have been Paul Bocuse’s 100th birthday, Restaurant Daniel is honoring his extraordinary legacy with a special dish: V.G.E. Truffle Soup. Originally created in 1975 for a luncheon at the Élysée Palace, this iconic dish showcases a rich broth with foie gras and black truffles, sealed beneath a golden puff-pastry crust. Restaurant Daniel is Chef Daniel Boulud’s flagship fine dining destination, renowned for its seasonally driven French cuisine and refined hospitality. The V.G.E Truffle soup is available February 10–12 at the Upper Lounge & Bar for $55, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Ment’or and the Bocuse d’Or Team USA.
