Lisa Rehurek is the founder & CEO of The RFP Success® Company, an impactful multi-seven-figure business that helps small- and mid-market businesses secure millions of dollars in state & local government contracts.
Lisa spent most of her career in corporate America, before stepping out on her own in 2011. After many trials and tribulations that had varying degrees of success, she finally found her niche in 2016, where she founded The RFP Success Company. In fall of 2024, she designed a SaaS platform to support small businesses in more efficiently and effectively bidding on state and local government contracts.
Lisa is a best-selling author of ten books, an award-winning podcast host, and a 2x Inc 5000 CEO. She has been recognized as the Tempe Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year (2024), a Woman of Influence

She is President of the Board for The Singleton’s non-profit, which supports single-parent households dealing with cancer. She also leads Tempe Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business Council and sits on the Enterprising Women Advisory Board.
She has received numerous awards including been awarded Arizona’s top women leaders in 2024 and 2025, and an Enterprising Woman award in 2024.
