A one-night-only New Year’s Eve experience at Feringhee Modern Indian, the award-winning Chandler restaurant co-founded by Michelin-starred Chef Sujan Sarkar, known for redefining Indian fine dining in Arizona. To ring in the new year, Feringhee is presenting “The Midnight Reserve,” Celebration Collection Dinner a four-course dinner curated by newly appointed Head Chef Vikas Rana. The menu draws inspiration from ingredients and techniques traditionally reserved for India’s most meaningful celebrations—saffron, black cardamom, betel leaf, stone-ground spices, and slow-roasted aromatics—brought together in a refined, modern expression of ritual and heritage. The experience includes unlimited cocktails, in-house music, and a midnight Prosecco toast, available from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. $85 per person. Earlier in the evening, guests can enjoy the Golden Hour Supper, a serene four-course menu designed around warmth, balance, and the understated elegance of India’s golden hour. This experience includes a welcome Prosecco and two New Year’s Eve cocktails, offered from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. $75 per person.
