Paying homage to Napa Valley’s historic triumph at the Judgment of Paris, Chefs James Friedberg and Mario Da Silva curated a 5-course tasting menu that pairs refined cuisine with iconic wine pairings, guided by Winemaker Marcus Notaro. Discover a four-vintage vertical tasting of S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon, including the newly released 2023 vintage grown in the same vineyard that produced the celebrated 1973 vintage.
