In this hands-on class, young artists will explore the colorful world of textural felting and learn the basics of wet felting -- to transform fluffy fibers into beautiful felt artwork.
Artists will design textured landscapes, abstract fiber art, or close-up studies of natural textures like bird feathers, animal fur, leaves, or waves. Try needle felting to add extra details and dimension.
Students can bring a snack and water bottle.
Online registration closes three business days before class begins. You may also call 262-636-9177 to check for class availability, and to register, Mondays through Saturdays, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Classes are held at RAM’s Wustum Museum, 2519 Northwestern Avenue, Racine.
